- Results for the non-irrigated OVT conducted at the EV Smith Research Center (EVSRC) are available. Due to field variation caused by a large wet area in the field, results reported are from 2 of the 4 replications.

- Results are available for the irrigated and non-irrigated OVTs conducted at the Tennessee Valley Research and Extension Center (TVREC) in Belle Mina.

North Region
Summary Tables
North Region – Varieties that were tested in all north region trials. This consists of one irrigated and two non-irrigated trials.

Tennessee Valley Research & Extension Center (TVREC)
Yield differences between irrigated and non-irrigated trials at the TVREC were noteworthy. With 6.5 inches of irrigation, irrigated yields were approximately 2.5 times greater than non-irrigated.
Additionally, three varieties were in the top yield group for both trials.

Drought conditions: The season’s total rainfall was 19.42 inches, with 5.48 inches received May 13-14. Following the May 16th potassium side-dress application, there was a 0.68-inch rain on May 17th. From May 18th, before reproductive growth to harvest, the trial received 8.32 inches of rain.
