2024-2025 Entry Forms – Forage & Grain

August 1 – Entry forms for the 2024-2025 season are available.  Select the tab(s) of interest below for details and options for forage and/or grain.

Seed treatments are permitted but must be labeled and accompanied with MSDS sheets.

 Once the entry form has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email confirming your selections.

Late submissions (entry form or seed) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 $1,000 per variety (7 locations)

Seed Required:

Ryegrass – 3 lbs per entry

Small Grain Forages – 7 lbs per entry

Wheat and Oats – 6 lb of seed per variety per region.

Triticale and Barley – 6 lb of seed total
