SOS native son earns distinction

He joins several other Alabama Water Watchers – Mary Lou Smith (SOS), Dick Bronson (Lake Watch of Lake Martin), LaVerne Matheson (Winston County Smith Lake Advocacy) and Dan Murchison (Lake Mitchell HOBO) as W. Kelly Mosley Award recipients. Congratulations Dr. Webber!
