Rain Garden Design Workshop
September 16, 2022 @ 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
FreeRain gardens are a part of stormwater management systems that can be both beautiful and functional. They are shallow, vegetated landscape depressions that slow water for a short time to provide stormwater infiltration, pollutant filtration, native plant habitat, and effective stormwater treatment for small-scale residential or commercial drainage areas.
In this workshop you will learn the basics of rain garden design and help the Crump Senior Center design their own rain garden.
Friday, September 16 – 8:30am-11:00am
