Join us for a one day training about erosion and sediment control (ESC) best management practices outlined in the Alabama Blue Book (Alabama Handbook for Erosion, Sediment Control and Stormwater Management). Morning presentations will cover the importance of ESC BMP’s on protecting natural resources, followed by a discussion on quality engineering, installation, and maintenance. Specific focus will be given to permiter controls, sediment barriers, sediment basins, and establishing proper vegetation.
