During the 2019-2020 season, small grain forage variety trials were conducted at the Wiregrass Research and Extension Center, Headland, AL and at the Chilton Research and Extension Center, Clanton, AL.
Wheat, triticale, rye, and oat forages were evaluated in addition to dual-purpose wheat.
These trials were conducted through collaboration with Auburn University, the University of Georgia, and the University of Florida.
