September 11 – Root Knot Nematode (RKN) gall ratings and images of roots are available for the RKN screening trial conducted at the EV Smith Research Center (EVSRC) in Tallassee.
To illustrate the range of root-knot nematode pressure observed across the trial, root photographs were taken from two replications representing the extremes of disease severity: the replication with the highest overall mean gall rating and the replication with the lowest overall mean gall rating.
Previous updates
August 25 – Iron deficiency chlorosis (IDC) ratings are available for the IDC soybean trials at the Black Belt Research and Extension Center (BBREC) in Marion Junction. Iron chlorosis ratings are located under the ratings tab in the variety selection tool. They are also included in the PDF report. Make sure to pay attention to the “Iron Chlorosis Top Group” in the variety selection platform or the bolded varieties in the PDF.
Variety-specific images have been uploaded for the High IDC (symptomatic) trials at the BBREC. Please be reminded that the images are of one replication. The ratings provided are of all four replications averaged together.
