September 14 – Quality results are now available on the variety selection platform for the ryegrass trials at the Clanton Research and Extension Center (CREC) and the EV Smith Research Center (EVSRC).
- Forage quality at the CREC was reduced for the first harvest of the season. This can be attributed to the low-quality, dead plant material from the December freeze mixed with the higher-quality regrowth.
- Forage quality from the first harvest at the EVSRC was lower due to harvest timing. At the time of harvest, many of the varieties were in reproduction.
- Forage quality results from the second harvest at the EVSRC have been omitted because of reduced forage quality due to delayed harvest.

- Crude Protein per acre (CP Wt)
- %CP x yield
- CP Wt Top Group
- 100% = statistically equal to the highest CP Wt value
- 0% = statistically lower than the highest CP Wt value
- Analytics presets have been updated with the new data fields.
