This one-day educational program is open to the general public and strives to educate citizens about watersheds and water issues, provide communities with the knowledge of how to protect and improve water quality and empower communities to help protecting the quality of their watersheds. The program is put on by Alabama Cooperative Extension System Water Program, in partnership with Alabama Water Watch, Auburn’s Water Resource Center, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management, and various local watershed partners. Learn about watershed management and protection and meet others in the region who are interested in making a difference.
