{"id":8885,"date":"2022-02-16T22:48:20","date_gmt":"2022-02-16T22:48:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aaes.auburn.edu\/wrc\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=8885"},"modified":"2022-02-16T22:51:08","modified_gmt":"2022-02-16T22:51:08","slug":"well-water-workshop","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/aaes.auburn.edu\/wrc\/event\/well-water-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Well Water Workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">This workshop is for homeowners that have private wells that would like to get their water tested for microbial contaminants, as well as a wide array of other contaminants (iron, nitrate, magnesium, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Available to Barbour, Dale, Henry, Houston, and Russell County residents of Alabama.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Registration: $100 for a water test + $12\/meal. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Meal includes: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Grilled chicken breast plate with 2 sides &#8211;<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"> $12 per person <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">(mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>To Register: <\/strong>Interested clients must visit their respective<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aces.edu\/blog\/category\/counties\/\">County Extension office<\/a>. <span style=\"color: #000000\">Provide your name, number, and email to the County office, and collect your microbial sample container and instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Water tests included: <\/strong>total coliform, <em>E. coli<\/em>, pH, hardness, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, aluminum, boron, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, silica, sodium, zinc, chloride, fluoride, nitrate-nitrogen, sulfate, phosphate, electrical conductivity, alkalinity, carbon dioxide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Payment must be brought to the event on March 15.
