SUMMARY:Well Water Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is for homeowners that have private wells that would like to get their water tested for microbial contaminants\, as well as a wide array of other contaminants (iron\, nitrate\, magnesium\, etc.) \nAvailable to Barbour\, Dale\, Henry\, Houston\, and Russell County residents of Alabama. \nRegistration: $100 for a water test + $12/meal.  \nMeal includes: Grilled chicken breast plate with 2 sides – $12 per person (mashed potatoes\, roasted vegetables) \nTo Register: Interested clients must visit their respective County Extension office. Provide your name\, number\, and email to the County office\, and collect your microbial sample container and instructions. \nWater tests included: total coliform\, E. coli\, pH\, hardness\, phosphorus\, potassium\, calcium\, aluminum\, boron\, chromium\, copper\, iron\, magnesium\, manganese\, molybdenum\, nickel\, silica\, sodium\, zinc\, chloride\, fluoride\, nitrate-nitrogen\, sulfate\, phosphate\, electrical conductivity\, alkalinity\, carbon dioxide. \nPayment must be brought to the event on March 15.
