2020 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES
*Cancellations MUST be made in writing and received by August 8, 2020. Cancellations receiving refunds will be assessed a $50.00 administrative fee. Substitute attendees will be allowed in lieu of cancellations, Cancellations after 8/8/2020 are non-refundable.
**Student Registration: To qualify for student registration, you must meet the conference FULL-TIME status requirements. The requirements include being enrolled as a full-time student during the calendar year 2020, submitting a digital copy/scan of your student ID card, and the full-time status confirmation form signed by your major professor must be sent with your conference registration form. Those not providing proper documentation will be required to pay the full, adult registration rate and will not be allowed to participate in the student oral and poster competitions. Conference registration is handled by the Auburn University Office of Professional & Continuing Education.
THE 2020 CALL FOR ABSTRACTS WILL OPEN MAY 1.
ATTENTION STUDENT PRESENTERS:
Students selected to present must provide proper student identification including a Full Time Status Confirmation Form (see directly below) with the signature of their major professor. Students oral and poster presentations will be judged, and the top 3 presenters of each will be awarded following the conference. See more detailed student instructions at the link below:

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS
Attendees of the conference and symposium can request a letter of Memorandum from the Conference Planning Committee Chairperson verifying their attendance at the conference and/or symposium. Attendees can submit the Memorandum, along with conference and/or symposium agenda, to their accrediting organization or association to apply for their CEU’s. Attendees are responsible for reporting the number of CEU’s, based upon “Contact Hour”, as defined by their accrediting organization/association.
