Conference Registration
Conference registration is handled by the Auburn University Office of Professional & Continuing Education.

Registration for the 2018 Alabama Water Resources Conference will open in June 2018.


Presenting at the conference

Conference presenters can submit in either oral presentation or in poster presentation formats. Following are instructions for each format, and the conference abstract submission link:

The Call For Abstracts will be open in March of 2018.

The Submission of Abstracts is electronic via the AWRC website and the link for this will be provided with the Call for Abstracts.

Student Presenters are requested to verify their Full-Time Status to receive the discounted rate for conference attendance and participation. Please be on the look for an updated form that has to be filled and sent to the organizing committee.

Instructions for Student to participate as Presenter either with oral presentations or posters will be published with the Call for Abstracts in March 2018.

2017 Student Presenter Competition Winners

Sponsorship and Exhibits
Very limited exhibit space is available for companies and organizations. Exhibit space will be given to those sponsors contributing $500 or more and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Parties interested in becoming a sponsor should contact:

Continuing Education Units
Attendees of the conference and symposium can request a letter of Memorandum from the Conference Organizing Committee chairperson verifying their attendance at the conference and/or symposium. Attendees can submit the Memorandum, along with conference and/or symposium agenda, to their accrediting organization/association to apply for their CEU’s. Attendees are responsible for reporting the number of CEU’s, based upon “Contact Hour”, as defined by their accrediting organization/association.
