Conference registration is handled by the Auburn University Office of Professional & Continuing Education.

Conference Presenters
Water resource professionals and students from water related fields are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations.  Conference presenters represent a wide range of disciplines related to water resources.

Abstracts are due by 5 pm on June 29, 2018.

To submit an abstract, please carefully review the Call for Abstracts and use the online form for submission.

Student Presenters
Students interested in presenting oral or poster presentations must submit abstracts that follow the guidelines included in the Call for Abstracts and the Student Presentation Instructions. If selected to present, students must provide proper student identification including a Full Time Status Confirmation Form with the signature of their major professor. Students presentations will be judged, and the top presenters awarded following the conference.

Sponsorship and Exhibits
Very limited exhibit space is available for companies and organizations. Exhibit space will be given to those sponsors contributing $500 or more and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Parties interested in becoming a sponsor should contact:

Continuing Education Units
Attendees of the conference and symposium can request a letter of Memorandum from the Conference Organizing Committee chairperson verifying their attendance at the conference and/or symposium. Attendees can submit the Memorandum, along with conference and/or symposium agenda, to their accrediting organization/association to apply for their CEU’s. Attendees are responsible for reporting the number of CEU’s, based upon “Contact Hour”, as defined by their accrediting organization/association.
